
Breakfast – 2 fried eggs, 2 sausage links, salsa (tomato, onion, serrano pepper, juice of lime). Coffee and water.
Snack – handful of almonds
Lunch – left over from dinner last night (lettuce, pepperoncinis, slice of pineapple, 1/3 of beef patty, half slice of bacon). Water.
Snack – couple spoons of almond butter and blackberries.
Snack – apple during Eman’s baseball game to counter the craving for anything at the snack shack, and some almonds.
Dinner – went to a party and had a couple beef kabobs, but couldn’t find anything else paleo so I snacked on some almonds I’d brought with me. I did however stop at in-n-out on the way home and got a double meat, no cheese, protein style burger. Very yummy!!
*Please feel free to comment. I’d love some input on what and how to get a better balanced diet going. I’m feeling pretty good right now, not too cranky (I think, ask my hubby he may have a different answer). Although I have been consistently hungry towards the afternoon. Granted it is only day 2. I’d also love some simple recipe ideas!
No WOD today – but did help out at our CFSB monthly beach WOD. I supervised – haha!
Looks good! My only suggestions would be more veggies and try to get some protein with your snacks. Otherwise you’re doing great AND avoided temptations to cheat. You should be proud!
