Breakfast – 2 fried eggs, bacon, arugula sauteed in olive oil, garlic, and onions. Side of strawberries. Water.
Snack – nuts
Lunch – sping mix salad topped with tomatos and can of anchovies in olive oil. Water.
Snack – almond butter and blackberries
Dinner – chicken browned in olive oil and mixed in with red chard, chinese broccoli, and small amount of chicken stock. 1/2 an orange. split an artichoke with Eman, dipped in mayo with lemon juice. Water. (I was super hungry – could you tell?)
